I've been a huge fan of Ryan Poli since I met him years ago on a shoot at Butter. I recently visited him at Perennial,
his new gig with another one of my favorite chefs, Guiseppe Tentori,
and absolutely loved it. Try the charcuterie plate. Phenomenal! And the
carrot soup. To die for.
